Varsity Basketball:
Lincoln 37 - Coventry 54
Determined to get better and better every day, this team showed up with a special level of focus for our second regulation game. We were determined to execute our game plan -- put up shots, step up the defense, and hustle. We did those things better than we ever did. Kyra Mann had a particularly good game running the offense and providing leadership and experience. A shout out needs to go to co-captain Miranda Zito for hitting all of the team's three 3-pointers! With 4 minutes to go, we were only down by 10, but in the end were overwhelmed by a good Coventry team. 54-37 Coventry.
