Standard Pricing

Lincoln Camps - Prices range from $380/ week* to $450/ week for full day (9 a.m. - 3p.m.) camps and from $280/ week* to $320/ week for half day camps (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.)

Agawam Camps - $320/ week for 3-day weeks and $465/ week for 5 -day weeks

A select few camps also carry a materials fee. Any deviations from standard pricing will be noted on their individual registration listings.

*4 day camp weeks (weeks of 6/16 and 8/11) have a prorated rate to reflect the shorter number of days.

Early Morning Drop Off - $48/ week or $15/ day

Extended Afternoon Camp - $80/ week or $25/ day

Lunch - $50/ week

Other Discounts

Early Bird Pricing - All Lincoln-run camps are automatically $10 off until March 1st.

Lincoln Faculty and Staff - Children of Lincoln School Faculty and Staff are eligible for a 15% discount on Lincoln-run camps. Contact Brian Brower for the discount code!

Lincoln students - All Lincoln students are eligible to receive a 10% discount on Lincoln-run camps. Please check your portals for the discount code!

Sibling Discounts - All Lincoln-run camps are offered at 5% off for each additional child after your first who are registered for the same week of camp. Discount is automatically applied at checkout.

Please note: Discounts apply to tuition only. They do not apply to materials fees, extended camp and/ or lunch offerings. Any camps that are not eligible for discounts have been noted in the description of each camp's registration page.

Cancellations & Withdrawals

Our pricing, fees, and cancellation policies are all based on enrollment numbers and cover the expenses for us to recruit and train the appropriate number of staff for each camp, purchase supplies, process payments, and more. However, we know that many of our families plan for camps early, so we have this policy in place to provide you with the freedom and flexibility to pivot if things change.

If you cancel prior to May 1, 2026, you will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, less a $25 processing fee for each camp reservation canceled*.
If you cancel between May 1, 2026, and up to fourteen (14) business days prior to your camp start date, you will receive a 100% credit for each camp purchased, less a $25 processing fee for each reservation canceled*, usable for any Summer at Lincoln offering through August 31, 2027.
No credits or refunds will be provided if you cancel within fourteen (14) business days of your camp start date.
Because of staffing and financial commitments based on enrollment, we cannot offer refunds for lunch or extended day reservations. For this same reason, we also are not obligated to refund for illness, injury, or inclement weather.
We will not prorate camp costs for advanced known absences. If you know that you cannot attend a day of camp, you are still responsible for the full cost of the camp session.
If we are unable to run a camp session for any reason, we will issue you a full refund.

*Each full or half day camp session is considered one reservation.

FAQs

What time is drop off and pick up? Do you have any extended day options?

Drop off for all camps will occur between 8:45 and 9:00 a.m. Pick up for half-day camps will occur at 12:00 p.m., and pick up for full day camps will occur at 3:00 p.m.

There are extended day options for drop off beginning as early at 7:30 a.m. and pick up as late as 5:30 p.m.

The Summer at Lincoln Extended Camp Day program is for working parents of children who are registered in our camps. You can rest easy knowing that your child is enriched, engaged and taken care of for as long as you need to leave them.

In the mornings, your child can ease into their day with some free play time doing chalk art, playing Gaga Ball, and other activities. In the afternoons, let your child socialize with their friends from across camps and age groups on our playground, have some downtime to decompress from camp, or maybe even take a run through the sprinklers on extra hot summer days!

Do you provide any lunch options, snacks, or beverages?

Lunch/ snack is available for all campers to purchase at a weekly rate of $50. Your camper will receive their choice of one snack in the morning and one main with two sides for their lunches. These options may include items such as fruit, yogurt, animal crackers, pretzels, chips, cheese sticks, etc. Lunch options are kid-approved, nutrient-filled and can be prepared in a way that's friendly for most major food allergies (eg. gluten-free, nut-free, vegetarian, dairy-free). We also always have access to water stations for refilling a water bottle so be sure to bring one!

What should I pack for my child's camp each day?

Camp-specific packing suggestions are listed in the description of each camp’s registration page. For all campers, please pack healthy and nut-free snacks, lunch (if not purchasing the lunch option), and a refillable water bottle. The camp experience can lead to extra hungry and thirsty campers so be sure to pack accordingly! Please also have your camper come with sunscreen applied prior to camp as needed and send them with extra sunscreen and bug spray, wearing comfy clothes and sneakers.

What happens in case of inclement weather?

Summer camp runs rain or shine so pack accordingly! We also monitor the temperature and humidity levels closely to ensure your camper’s safety and wellness. Though we try to allow outdoor play time as much as possible, there may be days that we are not allowed to send your child outside to play for their safety. In this case, we will provide alternative options for indoor play and/ or activities in air conditioned spaces to keep them cool and comfortable and get them back outside as much as possible.

Registration Deadlines

Due to the need to plan ahead for staffing and financials commitments, any camps that have not met their minimum enrollment by May 1, 2026 will be canceled and all payments collected refunded to you. If you have an eye on a camp, register by May 1st to be sure you can attend!
