Lincoln Camps Daily Procedures
Drop off begins 30 minutes prior to the official start of camp at our main circle driveway, located on East Orchard Ave. You may pull into the driveway or use street parking. A staff member will greet campers at a sign-in table along the front steps to check them into camp.
As with drop off, you may pull your car right into the front circle or utilize street parking. You will be required to sign your child out using our online system, which will capture your name and time of sign out. Pick ups must be made promptly at the designated end time. Late pickups will be assessed a fee (see our Tuition page for details).
For all full-day camp (9 a.m.–3 p.m.), there will be a 30-minute lunch break halfway through the day as well as morning and afternoon snack breaks. For a half-day camp (9 a.m.–12 p.m. or 12–3 p.m.) there will be a snack break. All food items must be nut-free including peanuts and tree nuts. Please also make sure to pack a water bottle for your camper.
Each Lincoln Camp has a lunch add-on option. For $5 per day, lunch will be provided by camp.
Campers doing morning and afternoon half-day camps, should only choose the add-on with one of the two camps.
Half-day campers who purchase the lunch add-on will have lunch at 11:45 a.m. (for morning half-day camps) or 12 p.m. (for afternoon half-day camps).

Pick up is at 2 p.m. in the drop-off location. Late pickups will be assessed a fee (see our Tuition page for details).

Agawam Hunt Club Camps
Drop Off and Pick Up
Drop off and pick up take place at the main entrance to the club. A counselor will be set up to greet you for check in, and you will check out at the same location. Times vary by camp; see listings in the camp portal on the Find Your Camp page for specifics. Late pickups will be assessed a fee (see our Tuition page for details).
Lunch is provided for campers. Nut-free snacks may be packed as well, particularly for the full-day camps, and all campers need to bring a water bottle.
If you need to make any updates to your camp registration or have questions regarding summer camp programming, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call Meaghan D’Abrosca at 401-331-9696 ext 3139.

Masking and other COVID protocols will follow Lincoln’s school-wide COVID Guidelines in place at the time of camp. Current COVID Guidelines can be reviewed here.
Peanut + Tree Nut Policy
Lincoln is a peanut/tree nut–aware environment. This includes but is not limited to the following:
- We do not serve anything from our dining room that contains nuts in any form, nor do we use any kind of nut oil in cooking.
- We do not allow campers or staff to bring peanuts, tree nuts, or products containing nuts to school.
- If the packaging of an item clearly states “may contain traces of peanuts or tree nuts” it is not allowed.
- Products with packaging that states “manufactured in a facility that processes peanuts/tree nuts” or “made on equipment that also processes peanuts or tree nuts” (or similar wording) are permitted.
- Campers may not share food.
