Our pricing, fees, and cancellation policies are all based on enrollment numbers and cover the expenses for us to recruit and train the appropriate number of staff for each camp, purchase supplies, process payments, and more. However, we know that many of our families plan for camps early, so we have this policy in place to provide you with the freedom and flexibility to pivot if things change.
- If you cancel prior to May 1, 2023, you will receive a full refund of your payment to the original payment method, less a $25 processing fee for each camp reservation canceled*.
- If you cancel between May 1, 2023, and up to fourteen (14) business days prior to your camp start date, you will receive a 100% credit for each camp purchased, less a $25 processing fee for each reservation canceled*, usable for any Summer at Lincoln offering through August 31, 2024.
- No credits or refunds will be provided if you cancel within fourteen (14) business days of your camp start date.
- Because of staffing and financial commitments based on enrollment, we cannot offer refunds for lunch or extended day reservations. For this same reason, we also are not obligated to refund for illness, injury, or inclement weather.
- We will not prorate camp costs for advanced known absences. If you know that you cannot attend a day of camp, you are still responsible for the full cost of the camp session.
- If we are unable to run a camp session for any reason, we will issue you a full refund.
*Each full or half day camp session is considered one (1) reservation.
