What are the traits of a good leader? How do I collaborate and engage in effective conflict resolution when working with others? How do I negotiate a simple contract? What does it mean to be an active listener?
Those were just a few of the overarching questions for Middle School students as they kicked off their yearlong Lincoln LEADS program last week in partnership with Bryant University and Allison Butler '96, Professor of Psychology at Bryant. Over the course of this school year, students in Grades 6, 7, and 8 will have dynamic, hands-on opportunities to develop Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Design Skills.
