We are gathering some incredible auction items for both the live and silent auctions and have special surprises in store for Julia! If you have any creative ideas please send them our way! We look forward to seeing the Lincoln community come out to support the scholarship fund and pay tribute to our amazing Head of School, Julia Eells. Please book the sitter and come out for this spectacular event!"

Sponsorships Volunteers are needed to help identify potential individual and business sponsors.
Auction Procurement Volunteers are needed to help us solicit and procure wonderful items for our silent and live auctions. If you know people who would be interested in donating items, time or talent, if you have connections to local businesses, or if you have great ideas for unique experiences you'd love to see in our auction, this is the committee for you!
Auction Description Each item (approx. 80-100) needs a catchy description and visual presentation (i.e. props) that not only markets it well but also captures the important details including any restrictions on the donation. Volunteers need to be available the last week in March and the first two weeks in April to help draft and finalize auction descriptions and bidder materials.
Wine Sale The Wine Sale is one of the most popular tables at the event. Thanks to the generosity of Madeira Liquors, guests have the opportunity to purchase a bottle (or two) from a selection of great wine - each bottle comes with a $25 gift card. This year we're selling 48 bottles and need volunteers to help collect the gift cards, arrange the display and run the sale at the event. Gail Theriault, Captain
Invitations, Marketing and Promotion Volunteers are needed to help with prepping the invitation for mailing and to help promote the event throughout the Lincoln community. Must be available the week before March break to hold a “stuffing party”. Once the invitations are in the mail, members of this committee play a critical role in generating "buzz" and great attendance at the party of the year!
Video We'd love to have a video shown during the evening with video footage/images of Lincoln throughout the year. Still pictures as well as student “interviews” (comments) are desired to personalize and bring heart to the event. Can you help us bring this idea to the big screen?
Silent Auction Table Set-up Happy to roll up your sleeves and spend Saturday morning setting up the silent auction tables prior to the event? Have a flair for display? We need you on this committee! Lisa Mackintosh, Captain
Auction Check-Out Captain and Team Once you have won that great item - you want to take it home! We still need a volunteer to oversee the auction check-out for our event. This person will be in charge of organizing a group of volunteers to handle the check out process at the event.
Visual Presentation/Decorating Have lots of creative energy and ideas to create a fun atmosphere for the event? We would love your help celebrating of Julia's favorite things with our table decorations and/or favors for the event.
