distance learning at lincoln

Lincoln’s online learning process differs by division, but we rely on digital platforms like Zoom and Google Classrooms to transition our curriculum into the virtual world. While the experience will vary, students have a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning.

Highlights on Distance Learning

Parent testimonials

"I just want to say thank you to the exceptional teachers at Lincoln. The lessons were extremely well planned and engaging. They go above and beyond! The girls have had some anxiety leading up to the distance learning plan rollout. They were so happy and relieved after seeing the smiling faces of their teachers! We are truly blessed to be a part of the Lincoln community."

"Just a quick note to express gratitude and many thanks for the impressive way Lincoln Lower School has developed and implemented an academic course of study that will enable students to stay on track and advance to the next grade level. Our daughter is happy to be engaged with her teachers and classmates, as well as the activities and work designed by both the classroom teachers and all the special instructors."

"I happened to overhear a quick snippet of your conversation with [our daughter] yesterday (I think you may have been catching her up on an assignment she missed when our power went out). Distance learning is giving us a rare peek into the experience [she] is having with her teachers. I was impressed with the way you challenged her thinking and the overall tone of your conversation. She's lucky to have you as a teacher!

I can only imagine how challenging it is to move to this new teaching format. I continue to be so impressed with the way you've all responded. Thank you!"
