Dear Lincoln Community,

As we near the end of our period of remote learning and move back to full in-person or hybrid learning, I wanted to take this opportunity to reiterate a few important points.

First, if a student, faculty, or staff has traveled to a restricted state during this period, that individual will need to quarantine for 14 days upon their return to Rhode Island. Lincoln School does not allow individuals to test out of quarantine and return to school.

Secondly, if any student, faculty, or staff has come in close contact with someone who tests positive for COVID-19, they will need to quarantine in accordance with the guidelines set forth from the Rhode Island Department of Health. Currently, the RIDOH has not altered their quarantine guidelines i.e., 14 days quarantine from the date of last exposure, longer if it is a household member.

Please continue to inform me of any quarantine, exposure, positive test results (or any other significant medical issue affecting your student). Please know that I continue to track COVID-related activity at Lincoln School and am available to provide guidance. I can be contacted anytime via email at dmurphy@lincolnschool.org.

Finally, a friendly reminder to complete the COVID-19 Daily Attestation in the Magnus app before 7:30 a.m. each school day. Little School parents please continue to attest via Daily Connect.

Thank you for your continued support and cooperation.
