Performance Resources

Dear Parents and Athletes,

At the start of every school year, I’m filled with excitement and can’t wait to see what’s on the way for the Lynx on the fields, courts, water, and trails!

Over the past 15 years, my role on the sidelines as a certified athletic trainer has been to keep student athletes healthy while they participate in Lincoln Athletics. This is done through injury prevention, health education, management of on-field injuries, treatment and rehabilitation exercises, emergency preparedness, and serving as a referral source when further medical treatment is needed. As a full-time faculty/staff member, I am always available for Lincoln's student athletes throughout the day and attend all afternoon practices and home events.

Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns or questions during the course of the season. My goals are to keep our student athletes, help your child’s performance reach new heights, and cheer on the Lynx each and every day!

Though most of my work is done behind the scenes, my daily goal is to keep the Lynx healthy and safe at all times.
