How do I join Lincoln Connect?

You can log on to Lincoln Connect with your LinkedIn account, (the method we recommend) Facebook account, or email. Regardless of which option you choose, you can always sync information from your social media accounts under the "You" tab in the "Update Your Profile Section".

We suggest using LinkedIn to connect with fellow alumnae in a professional setting, and for your most up to date information to be displayed on your profile.

How secure is Lincoln Connect?

The platform is a closed network only accessible by individuals approved by Lincoln School. You can control the amount of information that others on the site can see about you through your profile settings.

Lincoln Connect feeds information in from your LinkedIn or Facebook profile if you sync your account, but it does not feed information back out to those social media platforms. If you post something on Lincoln Connect, it remains within Lincoln Connect.

Please be aware that any information that you share will be viewable by everyone on Lincoln Connect and the Lincoln School Advancement Office does not have direct control over how another member may use the information. If you have any concerns about your or your family’s safety, we recommend you remove personal identifiable information. You may also opt to delete your profile at any time.

Is this just another social media channel?

No. Lincoln Connect does not replace our social media channels. Lincoln Connect is about creating a space for alumnae to interact, participate, and inspire each other through mentoring and sharing of experience. It’s different from social media because it enables you to find and connect with the huge Lincoln alumnae network in a really easy way.

Who will I find on Lincoln Connect?

You’ll find the entire Lincoln alumnae community at your fingertips—alumnae and former students around the world. If you know an alumna who is not on Lincoln Connect, let them know this is where the community comes together.

Can I connect with alumnae if they have not yet joined Lincoln Connect?

All names and graduation years of alumnae have been uploaded into Lincoln Connect as a directory, so you are able to search your graduation year and see a full class list. If Lincoln School has an email on file for an alumna, but she has not yet logged into the system and created a profile, you will have the opportunity to message that alumna through Lincoln Connect - her email will not be displayed for you to see.

How can I access Lincoln Connect?

You can access it on your desktop, tablet, or mobile, using all major internet service providers.

How do I get started?

1. Register by creating your own username and password. We suggest registering through LinkedIn - it is the quickest and easiest way.

2. Follow the instructions step by step to add all of the relevant information to your profile.

3. Your membership will be activated automatically, unless your contact information does not match Lincoln School's system. In this case, you will be approved by a member of the Advancement Team.

Step 2: In 'Me', click on the red arrow to the top right that says 'Update your profile'.

I can't login - HELP!

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the ‘forgotten your password’ link to reset a new password. If you are sure you have the right username and password, then it might be that you’ve changed the email address the system is linked to. If you change your email address in your profile, it might affect your log in details. Contact support@lincolnconnect.org for assistance.

Why does the mobile app look different than the computer site?

The mobile site is designed to help you when you’re on the move. It contains just the most important information such as the directory and updates. If you want to experience the full site we recommend you access via a desktop or laptop computer.
