Division Director Welcome

Here it's about joyful connections.

Our curious little ones spend their days exploring nature, playing with loose parts, discovering friendships, and making connections to the world around them. As I walk through classrooms the sounds of laughter, music, and words of wonder from both children and adults can be heard.

These ages encompass such a fascinating, transformative time filled with rapid brain development. Steeped in research on child development, our program is pedagogically inspired by Reggio Emilia and designed with the understanding that children are competent, confident, and capable beings from birth.

Our classrooms foster interactions and independence. We allow our discoveries, individual interest, and conversations (both verbal and preverbal) to guide the learning we share together.
Our materials closet is filled with recycled, loose parts that we repurpose into inviting provocations that encourage children to explore and create without boundaries. Exploring together and building relationships is at the heart of what we do—it is how children learn about themselves and their world.
