State of the Art Facilities
Lincoln School facilities, at both our Providence campus and at the Murray Athletic Complex at Faxon Farm in Rehoboth, MA, are available for rental by community and private groups throughout the year. Uses can include private parties, sports events, camps, training, and more. Please note that all rental agreements are, on rare occasions, potentially subject to cancellation if the space is needed by Lincoln School for a school function.
Providence Facilities (301 Butler Avenue, Providence, RI 02906) and Fees
- Art Gallery - $100/hour *
- Boss Gymnasium - $100/hour includes full-sized basketball court
- Classrooms - $75/hour per room, capacity from 10 to 25, desks and seating included *
- Dining Room - $150/hour, tables and seating included *
- Living Room, Middle School Meeting Room, or Upper School Library - $100/hour, tables and seating included *
- Music Center - $500 for the first 4 hours, $100 for each additional hour (a minimum of 4 hour rental is required), includes access to A/V, lighting and seating *
Rehoboth Facilities (160 Danforth Street, Rehoboth, MA 02769) and Fees
- Faxon Farm Grass Field - $150/hour † ‡
- Faxon Farm Turf Field - $150/hour (lined for soccer, field hockey, girls lacrosse) ‡
- Faxon Farm Tennis Courts - $150/hour includes 6 courts
Additional Fees
Tables & Chairs - $10 per 6’ table, $3 per chair (for spaces that don’t already have them included)
- * - $50/hour for on site staff member required during non-school hours in addition to stated fees
- † - lining for soccer, girls lacrosse or field hockey requires a $300 fee for initial field lining, and $200 weekly lining maintenance fee for required for a rental of multiple weeks
- ‡ - If renting multiple facilities at Faxon Farm, a $50/hour fee for a parking attendant is required
