As the only girls' school based on Quaker values in the United States, Lincoln honors the value of each individual while centering the Quaker values of Simplicity, Peace, Integrity, Community, Equality, and Stewardship (SPICES).
The Lincoln School Board of Trustees includes dedicated alumnae, parents, past parents, and engaged members of the greater community. They support Lincoln's mission as a school, setting a strategy and vision that ensures sound financial management, proper stewardship of resources, and accountability towards goals.
