Robotics Team Heading to State Tournament

"Kiltic Thunder"

This is it! The Robotics II class will compete this Saturday, February 4, in the RI State Tournament of the 2012 FIRST Tech Challenge competition. Seniors Bekah Heath, Hayley Lough, Erin Murphy, Emma Osmundson, Leah Tinberg, Tess Van Schepen and Hannah Zawia and Junior Elle Chrupcala have been working hard on their bot, "Kiltic Thunder," to get it ready to handle this year's challenge, "Bowled Over."

The competition will take place at the New England Tech Automotive Center in Warwick. Opening ceremonies begin at 9:30 a.m., with qualifying matches continuing through mid-afternoon. Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come out and cheer on the team!
