DISCLAIMER: MBS has asked that we do not make links to the Virtual Bookstore clickable on web pages.

If we made the link live, RI would require that MBS clients be charged sales tax on their books as if MBS were operating in RI.  A live link constitutes operating a business in the state.

MBS does not want to charge sales tax on your purchases.  Therefore please type or copy the MBS address and paste it into a web browser,
and then bookmark it for your convenience.  This is not an attempt to circumvent RI tax law.  It is perfectly legal to purchase goods out-of-state and not pay tax on them.  The issue is the URL, not the tax.
