Center for Justice, Peace and Global Citizenship

The Center for Justice, Peace and Global Citizenship is a conduit for information, action, and support for issues pertaining to diversity and inclusion at Lincoln. The Center provides a way for students, parents, faculty, and staff to come together and engage with our greater school community. As a Quaker school, we reflect as a community, we heal as a community, and we act as a community. This ethos drives all Center led initiatives which include our community curriculum days like the Morgan Stone '00 Day of Justice, International Women's Day and our Walking With Community Partnership Program.

In addition, the Center facilitates Lincoln's Global Citizenship programs, which involve both our local and global communities. Programs to India, Cuba, and the United Nations in New York City facilitate rich and meaningful conversations pertaining to social, political, and historical issues as well as our own narratives as a school community.

In order to facilitate this important work, the Center works with the Cultural Competency Committee, comprising faculty and staff across all divisions, and Lincoln's student-led inclusion and diversity club.
